The world’s biggest environmental Sustainability prize has grown and Casa do Impacto is once again participating! A £1 million prize is at stake, along with the opportunity for up to 150 projects to gain access to Investors and capacity building.
Just days after the winners of the last edition were announced, the search for new projects for “The Earthshot Prize” is already underway. In the fourth edition of the prize created by Prince William and The Royal Foundation, Casa do Impacto is once again an “Official Nominator.”
The world’s largest and most prestigious environmental prize returns with the same goal: to drive change and contribute to the planet’s recovery over the next decade. But there are some exciting new developments!
This year, in addition to the acceleration support given to the fifteen finalists—three in each of the five competing categories—and the monetary award given to the winners, one hundred and fifty projects will also be able to benefit from the Launchpad, a platform that will bring together projects, investors, and mentors in one place, helping to accelerate environmental solutions even further.
Casa do Impacto once again embraces this opportunity to make a difference, and as Official Nominators, we are seeking Individuals, Communities, Companies, and Organizations with innovative solutions that promote progress toward the five Earthshots.
What are the Earthshots?
They are five categories, simple yet ambitious:

- > Clean our Air
- > Revive our Oceans
- > Build a Waste-Free World
- > Fix our Climate

What do you need to know to participate?
- After evaluating each application, Casa do Impacto will choose its Nominees.
- Selected candidates will receive direct access via email to The Earthshot Prize platform and must complete all required details.
- Once Casa do Impacto confirms the nomination, the prize jury will conduct a thorough evaluation to determine the finalists and those selected for the Launchpad.
